I went with Cast Fireplaces as they had better dimensions and sizing information than most of the other sites I saw. I ordered an insert and surround as a purely aesthetic fireplace. Worked great. really happy with the quality. And is a welcome upgrade from the cheap all in one firepalce that was there before.

Drawing from classical fireplace aesthetics, the Brooksby mantel presents a contemporary twist. Crafted from opulent Calcara marble, it infuses homes with an added touch of luxury.

Calcara Marble, a polished white micro marble, is adorned with swirling grey veins, culminating in a distinctly lavish appearance.

Offering a sophisticated alternative to solid marble, micro marble captures the essence of this exquisite material. Comprising finely crushed real marble bonded with resin, it delivers a sleek, durable surface. Consistently rich in colour and detail, it exudes modern design sensibilities.
Not suitable for solid fuel use as this is a micro-marble surround.

Rebate
Our marble surrounds come with a standard 75mm rebate, designed for use with arched inserts, cast iron fireplaces, or tiled inserts etc.

If you’re installing the mantel on a flat wall around a stove etc you would need to make this gap up with a slip set or the chamber protruding the chimney breast to touch the inner legs, we DO NOT OFFER CLOSURES FOR THIS MODEL.
