I went with Cast Fireplaces as they had better dimensions and sizing information than most of the other sites I saw. I ordered an insert and surround as a purely aesthetic fireplace. Worked great. really happy with the quality. And is a welcome upgrade from the cheap all in one firepalce that was there before.

The Coronet is one of our smallest arches which makes this the perfect fireplace package for smaller rooms and chimney breasts. We were very happy with the order process
We were very happy with the order process, we felt that we were well informed of deliveries etc. Delivery arrived on time, we haven’t actually opened any of it yet, but we think everything is there.

the prices were very competitive
We ordered two fireplaces on line from Cast Fire Places, the prices were very competitive but more importantly when we had queries they were dealt with very promptly by the very friendly staff who did not lose patience with us when we changed our order about 3 times! The fire places were delivered really quickly – within days – and packaged really well to avoid any damage during transit. We have unpacked them now and they look beautiful, can’t wait to fit them, thank you very much!

It was a particularly efficient service with clear information and delivery.
Cast Fireplaces were recommended to me. Having spent some time searching the internet for a fireplace I found the Cast Fireplaces website more user friendly and this was backed up by a helpful response to a couple of telephone queries. It was a particularly efficient service with clear information and delivery. It was most helpful that my delivery arrived on the weekend so that I didn’t have to disrupt my working day to receive the fireplace and what’s more, I was given a one hour slot for delivery which is not common these days, but certainly very helpful. Not only that but the delivery man was professional, upbeat and happy to stay until the items were checked. All in all I would not hesitate to recommend you in the future.
