Thanks all is well here and the fire is all fitted and up and running. we are very happy with it.
In all, i have no complaints what so ever. The price was excellent, it was easy to order, the delivery was on time and the delivery men were very professional and knew exactly how to handle all the individual items of the fire place.
After care service was also very good, when it turned out I’d ordered the wrong fire insert, all it took was one conversation with your good self, and it was sorted. I sent the wrong one back and the new one was sent out straight after at no additional cost to me.
