Great Condition
I received the fireplace and all parts exactly when promised, all was in good condition and of a high quality. It all looks lovely in my living room and the gas fire is very realistic!

fireplace at a very reasonable price
Thank you for your Email with regards to the fireplace that we ordered.
The service we received was excellent from begining to end. We was contacted with regards to the delivery and time, this was on a Sunday which was great as my husband and I did not have to take any time from work. The fireplace was packaged so well and the delivery man was very polite.
When you order something on the internet you can be a little optamistic of what it might look like but I can honestly say the quality and standard of the fireplace was beyond our estimation.
We are very very pleased with your company and would recommend this to anyone out there who is looking for a fireplace at a very reasonable price
