I chose to purchase a multi-fuel burner from Cast Fireplaces due to the extra service they promised regarding delivery. Some sites offered the same model with free delivery (slightly cheaper) but only a curb side service and little option about delivery window, which did not suit my needs. The service from Cast Fireplaces did not disappoint. From the time of ordering the stove, through to delivery, the communication was excellent. The gentleman who delivered it was friendly and professional, kept me updated regarding delivery timings and safely delivered it directly into the property. I unfortunately experienced an issue with the stove handle not operating correctly, however, Mark was very helpful in ensuring that this matter was resolved, despite the manufacturer not offering a satisfactory solution. Putting aside that initial setback, I am very happy with the stove and would definitely recommend Cast Fireplaces and their team.

Visited the showroom which had an array of choice. Found exactly what I’d been looking for. Mark was really helpful and answered my questions. I went away to check the measurements and my chimney and I then ordered online. The fireplace was dispatched shortly afterwards. Due to being further away, I had a local fitter install. excellent service at very competitive prices.
I was very nervous ordering 2 fireplaces, the Lytton and Bartello and the Landsdowne and Clarendon over the internet. However Mark exceeded all of expectations and very soon appeased those nerves. Within days I was advised of my order status and we mutually agreed a delivery date. As promised Mark arrived on the dot with 2 very large but well packed fireplaces. Both fireplaces have been fitted and are beautiful we are over the moon. Thanks Mark I have and will continue to recommend you and your company for your excellent service at very competitive prices.

Perfect fire and service
I found the service from Castfireplaces really good. I got a very quick response to emails and found the whole process very easy. I had looked around a lot at fireplace shops and websites and found that you were the most competitive for the same quality.
I was recommended by Mark to use Matt Perkins to fit the fire and again got an excellent service from Matt and would very happily use both again

Impressive
Your service was excellent and your product impressive. The fireplace has made such a difference to our Dining Room and having it as a package sorted out all the possible problems. Sorry I wasn’t able to use the Trustpilot website but I found it very difficult to put through my comments. Their website was not as good as yours!

I would definitely recommend Cast Fireplaces. Mark was extremely helpful in answering my various queries before I purchased a fireplace and also recommended an excellent fireplace fitter in my local area. The fireplace package I ordered was great value and over £300 cheaper than I could get locally. The fireplace was delivered within the week and on a Sunday which was really convenient. A great company with fantastic customer service.
