I telephoned several times for advice before placing an online order as I live some distance away.
Stove was delivered on date and time stated with no problems.
Stove has not been installed yet but purchasing experience has been very good.

Sooo pleased with our lovely Granite Polished Hearth, ordered on line, fast delivery and has made such a difference to the sitting room in our new home, photos are before and after fitted by my husband.

Cast Fireplaces were incredibly helpful when we were initially making enquiries regarding our bespoke fire surround. The overall choice was so comprehensive and we eventually settled on oiled oak. The ordering process couldn't have been more straight forward & we were advised of production time at that stage. Everything went very smoothly and delivery was as they had predicted, although we did feel that the delivery charge was rather excessive. However, we are delighted with the finished product and it really has become the focal point in our room. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Cast Fireplaces for their excellent customer care and product.
