The internet allows us as customers to quickly shop around for the best prices. I did, and I found Cast Fireplaces hard to beat. They sell branded products from The Gallery Collection, which makes it easy to compare with others elsewhere, and their prices were excellent.
Buying a fireplace is not an everyday purchase for most people, and so doing over the internet could be a little tricky. But I found the customer service at Cast Fireplaces made it easy – knowledgeable and courteous on the phone I was reassured that what I buying would physically fit in my home.

Delivery was also very slick; when we were called to confirm the order we also agreed a date that fitted with our needs. We received a call a day or two before to confirm an hour slot. Sure enough on the dot the van arrived. Everything was well packaged (which was taken away too, another bonus) and delivered right to the appropriate rooms. Perfect.
