Cast Fireplaces were incredibly helpful when we were initially making enquiries regarding our bespoke fire surround. The overall choice was so comprehensive and we eventually settled on oiled oak. The ordering process couldn't have been more straight forward & we were advised of production time at that stage. Everything went very smoothly and delivery was as they had predicted, although we did feel that the delivery charge was rather excessive. However, we are delighted with the finished product and it really has become the focal point in our room. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Cast Fireplaces for their excellent customer care and product.

When we book delivery it arrives on time and undamaged, yes we could do it cheaper by couriers and 3rd party transport but that then offers a service we could not trust. Great service all the way through to delivery. Arrived all in excellent condition. I phoned many times before purchasing and asked loads of questions and I was helped out with everything. I love this company. We just needed an oak surround, but I almost feel like fitting another fireplace just to use them again. Mark went out of his way to enable us to call in when passing through, so we could see e surrounds in the flesh. We could then easily order on line, including customising. They waited for us to get back from holiday before dispatching, communication was great, and delivery was spot-on. And we have saved a pile of cash.

Our fire surrounds have been carefully selected by us. They are from leading brands to ensure they are of the highest quality and are suitable for all solid fuel, gas, bioethanol and electric fires.

The range of cast iron and stone mantelpieces have a good heat tolerance, making them ideal for use with a wood burning stove.

Sturdy and chunky looking, limestone fire surrounds crafted in Aegean Limestone can take on a traditional or modern appearance and are by far the most popular surround we sell.

Looking for something a little grander? Why not consider one of our marble surrounds, smooth to the touch and formed in Carrara marble making it a popular choice.

We also feature an impressive range of wooden fire surrounds in our collection made from solid wood. Timber fireplaces offer excellent value for money. They are durable and can bring warm tones to your living space. With the right distance and clearance, our solid wood fireplaces are also suitable to be used for stoves.

Cast iron fire surrounds are still as popular as ever. Our matt black examples sat around a fireplace or stove oozes class.

We only ever use solid pine and oak in the manufacture of our wooden mantels.

The wood surrounds come pre-assembled with the limestone and marble examples come in 4 pieces. People with good DIY skills will have no issues at all.

We do have a range of standard size fire surrounds in Limestone, Marble and Cast Iron. For our wooden surrounds we do offer a made to measure service.
